Mortgage Broker Referral Service Introduced

Due to popular demand; Enable Finance has introduced a new broker referral service, to the intermediary and introducer community.

The referral service allows introducers that are not authorised to sell mortgages or secured loans to refer their client to Enable Finance via its broker website brokerzone.biz and receive the full proc fee for the sale. So if the broker chooses our packaging solution of referral service they still get paid the full commission.

Enable Finance take minimal information from the introducer along with the confirmation that the client has given express permission to be contacted and then contact the client directly. Handling the whole regulated sale from start through to legal completion and all the time ensuring all parties are kept up to date.
