I have been advised by BM Solutions that they have withdrawn the Mortgage Plus product and the Self Cert 90 product Effectively as of midnight last night.

Birmingham Midshires will no longer be offering 125% LTV mortgages as of today. A spokeswoman for the lender says: "We constantly review the products we offer and we will not be replacing the Mortgage Plus range."
